Doug held me accountable for my words and desires. He was compassionate, thoughtful and genuine in his desire to help me with my goals. His questions and our discussions allowed me to begin understanding my wants, needs and goals in a verbal manner and thus see them more clearly.
His intelligence, patience and compassion work together with his experience to be challenging, yet encouraging. He has helped me organize my thoughts about my future and reduce the anxiety I had been struggling with.
Retirement Coaching is a new concept to me and what I previously thought obvious turns out not to be. There is real value to be gleaned from this endeavor and I have begun seeing things from a new perspective. I expect more soon to be (retired) or those already retired will take advantage of this service when they learn of it.
